Is There Any?

IS THERE ANY?
by KUNIK BHARTI
Inqlab Zindabad”, “Tum Muje Khoon do, Main tumhen Azadi dunga”, “Satya aur Ahinsa hi sarv dharm”. These were some of the slogans given by the immerging leaders of that era which changed India in all aspects and helped her gain victory and independence over the foreign rule. These leaders gave India the prime importance in their lives above everything and treated India as Matra-Bhumi (mother land). Mahatma Gandhi, Bhagat Singh, Subhash Chandra Bose, Jawaharlal Nehru and many others were the rebellions, who fought against anything wrong and made there image in the hearts of billions as the True Immortal Leaders.
As we enter the era of new generation and abundance of opportunities, India has made a significant mark on the globe but still we, as a nation are considered as the third world nation. After all the achievements and triumph India has able to gathered, why is it so that we are still considered as the third world nation? The answer lies within the nation’s spirit.
Corruption, Poverty, Communalism, Caste bias, Gender Inequality, Religion.....and the list goes on and on. Why even after 63 years of independence we are not able to get independence over the true evils of our nation. Why isn’t any political party able to curb any one problem of the various iniquities? What are the political parties doing over the years? Is there any party that can fulfill the literal promise that they make to the people of India? Is there a leader still left in India who gives our nation the prime importance above anything else?
